Yoga Core with Cindy Boulter
Our Core is more than just physical, it is our inner strength and our “gut wisdom” that is the essence of who we are and establishes our boundaries. In this workshop we will explore the physical foundation of core strength and how our emotional and spiritual awareness evolves from our center. Learn about mula bandha, uddiyana bandha, and the psoas and how to progressively engage them in our practice. Prepare to engage your core in a deeper and more profound way! Cindy Boulter, BSc., Yoga Therapeutics
Cindy has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has been teaching Yoga since 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and has studied extensively with numerous teachers, most recently completing Integrative Yoga Therapeutics and she continues to train in this field with her mentor Dr. Bo Forbes. Cindy’s seminars and workshops on making the most of life through communication, yoga and fitness have been presented throughout Canada, the US and Japan, and she has appeared in numerous Fitness Videos. Cindy teaches a challenging class infused with a sense of humor, warmth and self-compassion.
