This is a 4 week course for complete beginners to learn basic postures and simple sequences, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Everyone in the class will be a complete beginner so it is particularly suitable for those that are nervous about joining a class.
£20 for 4 week course. Payment in advance to confirm booking as there are limited places available.
