This is a chance to advance your yoga practice and to have some fun, interactive moments with your yoga companions and friends. There will be soothing as well as upbeat music to enliven and support your practice, with a different theme each month.

Our first Yoga Dance Party Workshop (to be held on the first Friday night of each month) in February was off the charts fun thanks to all the wonderfully free spirited people who came! Thanks to all who came for being so open, playful and courageous. Our theme was an introduction to the qualities of movement through the consciousness of our fluid body ( think arterial, cerebrospinal fluid etc.) If you missed it, you have another chance to be with great people of like mind and heart exploring movement in a creative way.
The next night of fun is Friday, March 7, 6:30 to 8:30pm. You can come as early as 6 to check in and meet and greet others, and you can conveniently register online. We will continue to explore fluids and flow and add qualities of movement that help us to feel grounded in the moment warm, sensual and free. ( our fat tissue and blood are amazing!) I will introduce the concept of initiation of movement and integration of your edges to your center.
Previous yoga experience is required and no acute injuries.
This workshop is playful, explorative,improvisational and informative. You will enjoy great music and great community as you explore and learn new ways of being in your self, in movement, in your body and in the world. Feel free to share this with your friends.
