We will cover:
- essentials of alignment in yoga postures
- anatomy of your breath and how to improve your quality of breath to de-stress & energise
- how to work with your body and breath for improved strength and balance
- how to offset sitting, desk fatigue & habitual poor posture
- mindfulness techniques for calm, clarity and resilience
