Yoga & Fitness Retreat in Ireland
Designed for the wellness, fitness and adventure seeker, this retreat features yoga, pilates, hiking, healthy, detoxifying food, a dose of adventure, and some well-deserved pampering in the beautiful Irish countryside. Just an hour outside of Dublin, you'll be staying at a beautiful inn nestled in the charming Wicklow mountains.

A TYPICAL DAY
7:00 – 7:30 am Self-guided meditation, journaling or choose to have a lie-in.
7:30 – 8:45 Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Or Pilates)
9:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
10:30 – 12:30 Free Time (One day there is a 2 hour guided hike with a local expert)
12:30 – 1:30 Lunch
1:30 – 5:30 Free Time (Optional massage or excursion or chill)
5:30 – 6:30 Pilates & Restore (or Yin Yoga & Restore Yoga)
7:00 – 8:30 Dinner
9:00 - 10:30 Hot Tub & Chill Time
Note: Although there are a couple of included excursions, we have left free time so guests can choose to be as active or chill as they choose! Nearby adventures include: horseback riding, Glengdaough, Hollywood Village, Russborough House & Parklands, Michael Dwyer Cottage.
