In this workshop we will discuss what exactly this new buzzword mindfulness actually means. We will discover how to practice mindfulness in our daily lives without criticism or judgement. Then, we will make the connection between mindfulness and eating bringing to our awareness the full body experience of eating and drinking, both inside and outside of our bodies.
