Yoga Flow and Nidra
This is a one hour heated level 2 vinyasa flow class. Best for regular practitioners! About 15 minutes after the class, a yoga nidra, or guided deep rest will begin.

5:30-6:30pm flow, 6:45-8:15pm nidra
Vinyasa flow that’s heated helps to warm the muscles and increase space in the body. Excellent for both physical and mental health. Completing a yoga nidra relaxation session after movement is ideal. One hour of yoga nidra is said to equal 3 hours of sleep! It’s a systematic guided journey that’s designed to engage the parasympathetic nervous system - to rest!
