Yoga for a Healthy Back - A Six Class Clinic
Timings: 6 sessions, 75 minutes/session.
In each session we will:
Discuss the topic in depth, including physiology, causes and specific issues
Practice asana (physical positions) to build body awareness, create mobility, strength and pain relief
Develop relaxation through meditation and Yoga Nidra
