Office work, spending a long hours on the computer can lead to bad posture and a weak and tense back. Pregnancy can weaken your back. Come and join me for an afternoon of caring, nurturing and understanding our back.

Yoga is good for your back! Even the health professionals have found that out, that it is, indeed the best exercise for your back. In this workshop I would like to look with you at how our back works, it is a unique structure of muscles and the spinal column, containing (nearly) all nerves of our body. Also how to move our back in a way, that it is beneficial and safe, how to practise asanas (yoga postures) and which ones are good for our back.
A strong and mobile back keeps us young!
