This early morning gentle yoga class is just thing to get your day started! I will show students several yoga poses designed to both alleviate back pain and make your back stronger. Whether you are looking for some relief from chronic back pain or simply want some nice stretches, this class is designed to address both needs. New to yoga? You are encouraged to attend! RSVP:

Slow Vinyasa flow class designed for those who are new to yoga or coming back after some time away. I am reaching out especially to women in their 40s to 60s, to show them the importance of maintaining a healthy spine.
