In this workshop, you'll explore and practice different yoga breathing techniques and postures that are known for their calming effect on the nervous system. In addition, Lisa will introduce you to various meditation styles that can be used during periods of anxiety.

Full Description

In this workshop, you'll explore and practice different yoga breathing techniques and postures that are known for their calming effect on the nervous system. In addition, Lisa will introduce you to various meditation styles that can be used during periods of anxiety. Lisa will share with you from her own personal experience of what has worked for her. You'll leave the workshop with a routine that you can practice at home as well as tips and tricks on how to use yoga for anxiety no matter where you are.
