Yoga for Anxiety
An overview of the Autonomic Nervous System and Mind Body tools to soothe anxiety and manage stress.

Friday from 4-5pm. Join us to learn how to manage stress and/or anxiety. All levels are welcome! Beginners are encouraged to give these potent practices a try.
Each class is $20. The 4 class series is $70. Pre-registration is required.
Many of us struggle with anxiety or feel unable to manage stress effectively. As winter approaches, increased darkness, packed schedules and the holiday season can compound these feelings.
Join us for a new series where we will explore powerful antidotes to chronic stress and anxiety including breath work, mantras and, of course, yoga postures.
This winter, give yourself the gift of time for self-care and either learn new tools and practices or reinforce familiar ones.
