Yoga for Anxiety
This specialized yoga workshop will introduce various yoga forms and breathing exercises that have been shown to help alleviate anxiety; with a special emphasis on self-study to slow down the rush of thoughts and bring awareness to thought patterns. Engaging in a yoga practice can provide a deep sense of hope as practitioners feel empowered to implement internal tools that can change the brain's wiring.
Type of Event
6-week workshop starting Tuesday, March 17th until April 21st. Each class will meet from 4-5 pm at Muse Yoga - Boise.
$55 for entire workshop. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are free to use during class.
