Great for yoga teachers & aspiring teachers, health professionals and for everyday people alike!

You will learn about
- Ayurveda & The 3 Doshas (Kapha, Pitta, & Vata)
- How to Identify & Understand Imbalances in each Dosha
- How to Support Health & Wellness for Each Dosha
- Making Better Lifestyle Choices for Your Dosha (& Others)

Sample Day

6:30-7:30 am – Meditation, Pranayama & Mantra for today's Dosha - Tues: Pitta, Wed: Vata, Thurs: Kapha

7:30-9 am – Morning Yoga Asana Practice (for Dosha)

9-10 am – Breakfast & Break

10-11:30 am - Ayurveda General Topic of the Day
- Questionnaires & Self-Reflection, Discussion, Learning & Slides, Group Work

11:30-1 – Intro to Dosha of the Day (Tu-Pitta or Wed-Vata or Thur-Kapha)

1-2 pm - Lunch & Mid-Day Break – How to Choose Food for Dosha

2:00-5:30 pm – Outdoor Adventures & Exercise with Philosophy, Practice, & Application in Activity

5:30-7 pm – Supper & Evening Break – How to Choose Food for this Dosha

7-8 pm – Evening Asana Practice

8-9 pm – Discussion, Questions & Integration
– A “Perfect Day” & Sleep Preparation (for this Dosha)

Current teachers & professionals will be able to practice applying the “Ayurvedic lens” to refine their leadership skills. For newbies to teaching, Suzanne will gently introduce you to some light yoga leadership in a non-judgmental & supportive environment (a great test-drive for an aspiring yoga teacher)! Everyday people get extra application & practice time while others lead.

NOTE: Suzanne is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-500 & CEC-Provider, Yoga Association of Alberta 600-hr Teacher,& IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist. Hours can be used by YA, YAA & IAYT Certified Teachers for CEC (Continuing Education Credits/Hours). (NOTE: A small admin fee may apply for certification documents.)

There may be options to apply hours towards future 200-hr or 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training with Suzanne.
