Is anxiety keeping you from living your best life?
Does worry and negative thinking take up too much time and energy?
This class will provide a safe space to explore ways that yoga can offer tools to help with anxiety. Gentle movement, relaxation practices and meditation techniques will help reduce stress and worry.

In this series, you will:

Learn a variety of kinds of movements that help you connect with the body and reduce feelings of anxiety.
Find calm in your body and your breath.
Find meditation techniques that work for you, so you can get control of your racing mind.
Increase your self-compassion and decrease negative self-talk.
This course is great for those who don't think they are "good" at meditating. Find new ways of viewing these techniques that help you feel connected to the practice and more importantly, yourself.

The four week series will be taught by Ferdig, a yoga therapist who has been working with people with mood disorders for over six years.
