This 6 week series will focus on all types of Athletes and how to open up those historically tight areas. Whether you are a runner, gym rat, soccer player, or swimmer, we have postures that can help soothe your body.
Monday Nights April 13-May 18 7-8:30pm at Flying Hills Fitness
On the first night of class you may purchase the entire series for $55. Non-transferable to other series. Will substitute a regularly scheduled class for a make-up.
