Yoga for Back Care and Scoliosis Series
Through yoga, one can find that balance point that allows the scoliosis curve or other spinal issues to coexist with gravity and activates the body’s natural plumb line. The result for most people with scoliosis and other spinal issues such as DDD, stenosis or sciatica is better posture and less pain. This specialized therapeutic series combines yoga postures with breathing awareness, to develop structural alignment by stretching muscles that have tightened and strengthening muscles that have become weak from this asymmetrical imbalance or other spinal issues, thereby promoting a more effortless posture. No previous yoga experience necessary.
