Join us in a 2 hour workshop specifically designed to prevent and relieve back pain! Learn the 10 best postures to promote SI joint and pelvic stability to improve posture and prevent lower back pain. Second part of class is a 10-posture sequence designed to relieve Sciatica pain from Piriformis Syndrome (70% of Sciatica cases). We will creatively use props and the wall to promote proper alignment for both sequences.
