23/08: Hatha yoga, intro to posture and breathing and the 8 limbs of hatha yoga
24/08: Hatha yoga, intro to the Bhagavad-Gita, and meditation
25/08: Hatha yoga, intro to the Yoga Sutras, and yogic diet and lifestyle
Fee 75€ for the 3 sessions. Early bird rate 60€ until the 31/07. Special rates for students/unemployed.

Join us for this 3-day immersion to yoga for beginners. Each session of 2hrs includes yoga for the body and mind, with special attention to different parts of the body (core, back, extremities), and some yogic
teachings (Patanjali and 8 limbs of yoga, Bhagavad-Gita and Yoga Sutras). There will be handouts on the subjects and you will have also time to ask questions.
