The aim of the course is to introduce yoga into your life and to make yoga accessible to everybody. Over the five weeks you will explore some of the key yoga postures, alignment, benefits and possible contraindications. You will look at breathing practices (Pranayama) & meditation. This course is ideal for complete beginners, yoga students with less than a year’s yoga practice.
