Come learn the basics of yoga in a non-intimidating environment with a qualified, experienced and patient instructor! This course is designed for those with little to no yoga experience, so there's no pressure.
Curious about trying yoga, but not quite sure what to expect? Come along to the Yoga For Beginners Info Night, Thursday, 11th Feb, 5:30pm. Free and open to the public. Held at the Pou Whakaaro Building (Common Room).
