A carefully structured yoga course enabling the complete beginner to work through a 12 week programme of asanas (postures) and gradually building in experience and, thereby gaining confidence as a result.
The course integrates the teaching of the physical postures of yoga along with the development of meditation and visualisation techniques helping to free the mind from the day to day concerns that afflict it and helping you to achieve calm and relaxation both at home and at work.
