6 Week Yoga Course for Beginners and Improvers!
Every Wednesday from 8th May 19:30-20:30 until 12th June.
Yoga can help to release stress and tension, as well as improving flexibility and strength!
The course will run for 6 Wednesday’s from 7:30pm-8:30pm. Dates below. All equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.
The classes will cover postures, breathing techniques and meditation/relaxation. You don't need any previous experience, options will be given in postures for beginners and people who have experience and want to try something new or challenge themselves.
