During the course I will take you through;- •Basic outline of a standard yoga class •Practice postures progressively to build stamina, flexibility and strength •Introduce common postures •Encourage you to explore your range of movement •Introduce basic breathing exercises •Take you through very short meditations •Encourage you to practice at home •Ensure you practice safely and make you aware of cautions for any medical conditions •Help you learn to relax
