Yoga for Better Sleep
Having trouble getting a good night's rest? Join us for this two hour workshop. We'll discuss sleep hygiene, the nervous system, and practical tips for encouraging better sleep.
Type of Event
With a good night's sleep, we feel good. We have the energy and focus to do the things in life that are important to us. When we don't sleep well for days or weeks at a time, it's hard to have the mental or physical energy to get through the day.
There are many factors that influence sleep. In this workshop we'll discuss:
~ good sleep habits
~ sleep hygiene
~ ways your nervous system may be impacting sleep
And we'll do some yoga, breathing, meditation, and relaxation to encourage better sleep.
