Yoga For Bone Health
We grow all the bone we are destined to have by 30- so let’s maintain what we have and through yoga poses that develop integrity in our joint system to support us as we age. In this workshop we will work with a special bone sequence and hold poses for 45-72 seconds. Props are available for support so this workshop is suitable for the beginner.
Type of Event
Join us beginning at 5:45pm to 7:45pm and discover how to use yoga to help strengthen your muscles around your most important bones of the lower and upper body. There is plenty of parking space.
