Yoga, breath work and meditation, can help keep your brain sharp and your body strong.

This is a special workshop is designed for anyone who wants to maintain a sharp, healthy brain and memory function.

You will learn specific, effective and simple yoga tools including:

Calming and energizing breathing techniques to approach each day with vitality and vigor.
Gentle Yoga Practices to keep your body open and flexible (no prior yoga experience required)
A 12 minute meditation that research has show positively impacts your brain function and mood.
Techniques to reduce stress, a leading factor in memory-related issues as we age.
COST: $37 prior to 11/1, $47 thereafter

The workshop will be led by Jane Stelboum, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who, after having lost her mother to Alzheimer's, made it her mission to develop a program to help everyone maintain their brain health and help those with memory issues.
