These are the tools and skills that this foundational training offers and with this shared knowledge you have the opportunity to personally empower children to re-connect to PEACE which is our natural state – creating true “Ambassadors of Peace”.

“I recently attended a Yoga Teacher Training Course which included a Kids Yoga session run by Karen Wightman. Karen’s passion and dedication to working with children shone through as she showed us how she incorporates fundamental principles of treating each other with respect, allowing students to bring forward their creativity whilst building awareness of their own body in a safe, joyous and incredibly fun environment. Thank you Karen - your class was incredibly inspiring and I imagine any student that has the opportunity to participate in your class will remember those skills throughout their lifetime”.
Jacqueline Wallin – Yoga By Nature Studio Owner.

“As someone who has quite some Teaching experience, but little Yoga experience, I was highly engaged in the workshop. The mix of theoretical aspects and practical activities was ideal and karen is a “GIFTED” communicator. I have come away even more convinced that Yoga is for everyone – especially teens and I feel empowered to spread the news!”
Kylie Davies –Davenport – Park Ridge Senior High School.

“Karen’s fun teaching style and passion for teaching teens shone through the workshop and was infectious. What a wonderful way for us all to engage more with the Gen Wi Fi”.
Lisa Baldwin – Yoga Teacher.

I look forward to hearing from you and sharing my passion, experience, dedication, inspiration and the joy of sharing Yoga with this special age group. Much love karen XXX
