Full Description

Valerie Holbert, RYT has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, brought to the practice to deal with chronic pain and a Fibromyalgia diagnosis. Her yoga training and personal practice along with changes in diet and lifestyle, have helped her change her relationship with and experience of chronic pain and she strives to help others do the same through Yoga and Holistic Health Coaching.

Karin Steinhaus, RYT, has been practicing yoga for over 50 years. She has taught gentle and therapeutic yoga since 2004. A certified hypnotist, Karin has led guided imagery and self-hypnosis workshops designed to assist with stress reduction, pain relief, self-healing, and graceful aging.
