How does yoga help you in your sport?
Yoga allows you to do what you love
most and to do it better, longer and safer.
It provides the balance every body needs.

Why do we teach a 90-minute class?
Bicycling tightens most of our muscles
and joints. Even though it is a low-impact
sport, riding takes it toll. It takes time to
understand our body’s mechanics and
to provide in-depth training. This is an
introduction to a long-term practice to
stay limber and strong.
