Why do we teach a 90-minute class?
Bicycling tightens most of our muscles
and joints. Even though it is a low-impact
sport, riding takes it toll. It takes time to
understand our body’s mechanics and
to provide in-depth training. This is an
introduction to a long-term practice to
stay limber and strong.
