Blending yoga philosophy and practice, with psychology theory, expect to learn how to feel your body, contact your thoughts and emotions, balance your mood, and begin to get clear on solutions about how to bring your best life forward.

Your teacher and guide will be clinical psychologist and yoga teacher Dr Mendy Neralic.
