Your teacher and guide will be clinical psychologist and yoga teacher Dr Mendy Neralic.

Spend the day with a small bunch of people just like you who struggle with stress, anxiety, frustration, the blues ... And let's face it, who hasn't felt like this, at some point.

You'll learn breathing practices, yoga postures, chanting and affirmation
mindfulness and meditation ​​

You'll be immersed in self-inquiry, discussion and story-telling
