Yoga for Endurance Athletes Workshop
Train smarter by integrating sport-specific Yoga for Endurance Athletes into your training schedule. This 14-class workshop will help maximize performance, prevent injury, speed recovery time, improve body awareness and increase body control.

Sessions are twice a week and only $10 a class each Tuesday and Thursday held at Ultramax Sports in Prairie Village beginning Tuesday, April, 14, through Thursday, May 28, 6:30p-7:30p.

Train and race smarter by integrating sport-specific Yoga for Endurance Athletes into your training schedule. For only $10 per class, this 14-class workshop will include postures that help improve mobility, stability, body awareness and mental focus:
•Prevent injury by increasing strength in underused muscle groups
•Release tension in overused muscle groups such as the IT Band, quads and glutes.
•Develop better hip, hamstring and glute mobility for improved posture and better “starting” position for all movements
•Increase thoracic spine mobility for better movement efficiency and shoulder mobility
•Improve core strength and shoulder stability to maintain positions for long periods of time
•Create more mobile and stable feet and ankles
•Improve overall movement efficiency for less wasted energy and smoother movement transitions
•Breathing efficiency for faster oxygen transfer and recovery
