Experts agree on the importance of exercise for Fibromyalgia. The Simple Strategies workshop will:Demonstrate the calming effect of gentle sequenced movements
-Impart simple stretch routines you can practice safely at home
-Introduce you to The Relaxation Response
-Arm you with breathing techniques for pain management and internal wellbeing
-Explain how yoga activates endorphins (those little natural pain-fighting chemicals)
-Teach range-of-motion exercises to stimulate joint mobility
-Show that exercise doesn’t have to be hard to be effective
