Yoga for Fibromyalgia is a gentle and mindful class designed specifically to assist with pain management, fatigue, and mobility.

Classes focus on restoration of wellbeing and healing through Yoga Nidra (relaxation), Pranayama (breathwork), and Asana (postures/stretches). Students will learn skills and strategies that can be used daily, and independently, to support their experience of dis-ease and improve quality of life.
Academic research shows yoga can positively benefit fibromyalgia sufferers by reducing chronic pain, addressing anxiety, and aiding self-management of symptoms (2011 York University study, 2010 Oregon Health and Science University study, and 2007 Texas Tech University Health Sciences study).
