Yoga for Golf: Swing Into Balance
This series of three workshops is for beginners and advanced golfers who are interested in taking their game to the next level. Avid golfer and yoga instructor Erin Betz will teach you how to prepare yourself mentally and physically to perform your best on the course. We will cover ways to increase your flexibility, focus, and strength.
