In this 2 hour workshop we will explore asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation techniques that soothe both the mind and body. Discover how yoga reduces anxiety and depression, releases negative emotions, eases muscle tension, and teaches us to recognize and respond to our body’s needs. For beginning and experienced students alike, this workshop is inclusive and open to anyone seeking a safe, supportive environment to continue their journey of healing and recovery. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
