$18 for individual workshops. Workshop series of 4 is $65.
Join Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Yoga Teacher, Melanie MacLaren in this yoga series that shares ways to incorporate yoga techniques into your daily life to support various body systems. Techniques shared may also include essential oils, lifestyle modifications and acupressure. Each 1 hour 15 minute class will include at least 45 minutes of yoga (postures, breathing, and/or meditation) work.
