Full Description

Our bodies are designed to move with ease and without pain but for many of us this isn’t the case. We spend our lives hunching over our phones and keyboards, slouching on sofas, and spending numerous hours driving.

Empower yourself by learning techniques and poses to help you develop a healthy relationship with your spine. Explore how to reduce muscle tightness, cultivate emotional well-being and enhance your posture. We will practice a sequence designed to balance out tension in the neck, chest, shoulders and the spine, giving you a deeper connection to your body.

This is suitable for anyone that is aware that their spine needs a little bit of care and attention, especially those who sit down or drive for long periods of time.

Location: Leigh Park Community Centre, Leigh Park Way, Westbury BA13 3FN. Sunday 18th November 10 am - 12 pm.
Price: £20 per person
Suitable for all levels.
Beginners are welcome, no understanding of Yoga is necessary.

Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own with you. Please bring along some water, a notebook, a pen, and a blanket. Snacks will be provided.
