Did you know that approximately 70-80% of people will experience an episode of lower back pain at least once in their lifetime? So chances are that you and/or someone you know has!
Join us for this 2 hour workshop that will help you manage and reduce pain levels and hopefully prevent or lesson the intensity of other episodes. Even people that haven't experienced lower back pain can benefit from this workshop by learning movements, techniques and stretches to help keep you pain free.
Having endured several episodes of lower back pain herself, Megan has combined her extensive experience and study of anatomy, soft tissue release techniques, strengthening and releasing movements as well as Yoga asanas (poses or stretches) to design this educational workshop.
