YOGA FOR MEDITATION WORKSHOP.
RELAX, INNER PEACE IS POSSIBLE.
Grounded in classical yoga teachings I offer simple techniques that are easy to follow and can gradually become part of daily life. Learn to release mental and physical stress step by step with gentle poses and breath work which will prepare the body and mind for successful meditation.
Regular meditation can promote mental focus, emotional stability, lower blood pressure and promote deep sleep, allowing one to live with more clarity and joy.
A good introduction for beginners and inspiration for those already familiar with meditation.
