Full Description

For men that are looking to improve their golf swing, increase their lifts, reduce back pain, find better range-of-motion in the shoulder and fluidity in movement.

Class meets once a week on Tuesdays, for 6 weeks to really learn and understand the basics of yoga, alignment and breathing properly. Finding balance with the muscles of the feet and legs, improve flexibility and mobility with the goal to move and feel better. Side effects include: reduced stress, lessen back pain by engaging the core, increased mobility in the shoulder, more energy to play sports or with your kids.

Each week we'll cover different aspects of a Yoga practice various asanas (postures) and how they flow together.
