An introductory workshop to yoga for Men Only.
This workshop is designed for all the men out there who've thought about trying yoga but haven't yet taken the plunge.

During the two hours you will learn a few of the 'Yoga Basics', take part in a 1 hour class, as well as having the chance to ask questions and learn more!
If you already practice and want to deepen your understanding of postures an alignment this workshop will be beneficial to you too!
The perfect cross training activity for active men, yoga improves golf games, running performance and core strength to help prevent injuries.
You are guaranteed to work up a sweat during the class!
