Yoga for Mountain Bikers
Full body tune up sessions for Mountain Bikers. Two sessions 10 - 11.30 am or 12 - 1.30 pm.
Type of Event
Come and try out a Yoga session designed just for people who ride bikes, whether you are a roadie, cyclocrosser or mountain biker these sessions will work to give your body a full tune up - you look after your bike after a ride so why not do the same for your body?
We will look at all the key areas that need some love after a ride and work through each area in turn. By the end of the session you should feel like you have worked out some kinks and be more aware of the areas in the body that need more work. No chanting involved!!!
There are two sessions during the morning both of 90 minutes so just book a place and then drop me a line to let me know what time you would like to attend.
