We live in a “hunched” society; we text/phone, walk pets, drive cars, work on computers, with our head forward, hunched shoulders and rounded backs. According to Surgical Technology International, hunching to look down at the phone, “puts up to 60 pounds of pressure on your spine” and on average we spend 2-4 hours a day on our phone/computer. Learn how yoga can help counter that slouch, open our shoulders and relieve pain and tension. This workshop is suitable for the beginner.
