This progressive 6 week course meets every Wednesday from 7:30pm-8:30pm. There will be a break for the week of Christmas and classes will resume on 12/30/2015

$72

The cost is $72 which includes an unlimited 6 week yoga pass to any of the studio's other classes during the course. This will provide an opportunity to practice what you have learned and explore a diverse array of yoga styles and instructors to help you develop your own personal yoga practice.

Full Description

Establish a strong foundation and learn how to get the most out of your yoga practice with It's Yoga's New Beginners Course. Topics covered will include: proper alignment in postures, yoga terminology as well as, powerful breathing techniques to influence your mental and emotional state. Classes will be small and informal and questions are encouraged.

The cost of the course includes an unlimited 6 week yoga pass to any of the studio's other classes during the course. This will provide an opportunity to practice what you have learned and explore a diverse array of yoga styles and instructors to help you develop your own personal yoga practice.
