YOGA FOR PREGNANCY & CHILDBIRTH with Shimmy Levy-Riley

This Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth course will focus on Asana (postures),
Pranayama (breathing techniques), positions for Labour, Birth and Relaxations whilst working through troublesome ailments such as back pain and water retention that come from being pregnant!
Shimmy’s Yoga for Pregnancy & Childbirth course is recommended from week 14 until birth.

Practising yoga throughout your pregnancy is a wonderful gift for both yourself and your unborn baby. Prenatal yoga will help you be in the best possible mental & physical shape for birth and beyond!
Benefits can be felt on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. A regular practice will help increase strength, stamina and flexibility. You may also find that yoga helps you deal more effectively with stress and anxiety, and you will treasure the quiet time set aside for your practice as a sanctuary for you to connect with the baby growing inside you.
This Yoga for Pregnancy and Childbirth course will focus on Asana (postures),
Pranayama (breathing techniques), positions for Labour, Birth and Relaxations whilst working through troublesome ailments such as back pain and water retention that come from being pregnant!
Shimmy’s Yoga for Pregnancy & Childbirth course is recommended from week 14 until birth. Before commencing any Prenatal class it is important to consult your doctor, especially if you have had any complications in your pregnancy, including a history of miscarriage.
