Full Description

10.00 am: A brief look at running and where the body needs strength, flexibility or both. Specifically, drawing our attention to the Feet, Knees, Hips, Glutes, Core and Thoracic region during running and how yoga poses can benefit runners
12.00 pm: Break
12.30 pm: Further into the thoracic region, especially into lung capacity and how yogic breathing (pranayama) can enhance a runner's cardiovascular capability
1.30 - 2.30 pm: Putting it all together through a yoga flow
