Full Description

A pre-season primer session for runners, roadies and triathletes, this workshop led by Lexie Williamson will focus on stretching and strengthening to ensure a strong and injury-free summer of training or racing. We will focus on the ‘glutes,’ hip flexors and back for the cyclists, feet and hamstrings for the runners with swim-based mobility for the triathletes.

Exercises from this two-hour session will be condensed into bike/run/triathlon handouts featuring just four stretches to get you through the season. Sporty yogis and endurance athletes new to yoga equally welcome!
