November’s runners & cyclists workshop led by Lexie Williamson will be a practical session tailoring yoga’s flexibility and strength techniques specifically for endurance athletes.

As we are approaching winter the focus of this session will be more on core strengthening techniques for the off season, although we will still target the notorious tight spots of lower backs, hips, quads and hamstrings. Learn simple routines to reinforce common weak areas and ensure you emerge supple, strong and ready to train hard and race in the Spring.

Sporty yogis and endurance athletes new to yoga equally welcome!
