Injury-proof your body and strengthen your resolve with a two-hour workshop designed specifically for runners and cyclists. Led by Lexie Williamson, these practical sessions blend yoga’s physical postures with mental training methods to ensure the body and mind stay strong throughout training and racing.

This winter workshop will focus on running and cycling-specific core work followed by targeted stretching to leave you feeling strong and rebalanced.

Athletes and yogis equally welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Handouts provided.
